Before water exposure: Allow at least two weeks (14 days) after the final sealer coat before exposing the surface to water. Recoat or touch-dry times do not mean the surface is ready for water exposure. Follow any longer cure period required by the product instructions or jobsite conditions. This does not approve permanent pool submersion.

Is microcement good for pool decks?
A pool deck may be suitable after review of the substrate, drainage, exposure and complete system. Confirm wet slip resistance and required joints; pool-deck suitability does not approve permanent submersion.
Is microcement slippery around a pool?

Can it go over my existing pool deck?
Yes. It bonds over existing concrete pool decks and coping at 2–3mm, so in most cases there's no tear-out: your installer resurfaces what's already there.

Exterior suitability depends on the complete system, substrate, climate and exposure. Request written confirmation for UV, chemical and freeze-thaw requirements. Pool-deck use does not establish approval for permanent underwater use.
