Primer is the first step in all systems. It prepares the surface and promotes strong adhesion and a moisture barrier.
Mix together Part A and Part B. Apply evenly with a roller over a clean, sanded surface. Do not leave puddles or heavy areas. Roll over every area twice and switch directions.
While the primer is still wet, broadcast kiln dried sand to create mechanical bond.
